Great article! Thanks for sharing this success. I'm wondering if there are specific strategies you've used to address some of the traditional objections to this approach (e.g. socialization concerns around being visibly "outside" of your age cohort, whether "ahead" or "behind", disruption of connections that may be fostered by keeping students together). To be clear: I'm extremely skeptical about the traditional objections and I have my own answers both philosophically and practically. I'm just interested in a bit more insights if you have any to share. But I get that you reference what are likely the key structural pieces - small group, collaborative/team mindset.
